By downloading, installing, or using the Urban Ride application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Urban Ride services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Urban Ride reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

4. Booking & Rides

Bookings are subject to driver availability in your area.
Estimated fares are indicative. Actual fares may vary based on traffic, distance, and surge pricing.
Riders must wear helmets provided by the driver during bike rides.
Urban Ride is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Urban Ride does not store any card or UPI credentials on its servers.

6. Code of Conduct

Users must treat drivers with respect. Any form of abuse, harassment, or misconduct towards drivers or other users will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Urban Ride acts as a technology platform connecting riders and drivers. We are not liable for accidents, delays, or losses arising during the ride beyond our verified safety standards. Our maximum liability is limited to the fare amount paid for the specific ride in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Urban Ride platform, including logos, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Urban Ride. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Marthandam, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to Terms

Urban Ride reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
